These type of furnaces are used for providing hardness to extruded aluminium profiles. Max. furnace temperature can be 160-225°C according to the proccess.
Furnaces will be designed and manufactered for existing profile lenght and neccessary capacity.
There are chain bottom type, roller base type, hot car type, cold car type of furnaces according to material transfer. Indirect heating is supplied via thermoblock. By this way thermal shock is prevented on material.
There are natural gas type LPG type and diesel type of furnaces according to heating type. Internal air circulation can be; blowing from both doorssucking from middle , blowing from one doorsucking from opposite door or can be reversable type. Furnace doors are sealed and supported by door damping system and special locking system for sofety.
